Jan's Mart is a food business based in Derry, Northern Ireland.

Bringing new flavour since April 2025, specially prepared seasonings and sauces to give your home cooking a flavour boost.

Marty was inspired to cook by his Granny as a young boy and always wanted to honour his grandparents with a food business named after Jan & Mart.

Beginnings

Jan's Mart launched Jan's Scran Van in April 2025 in Derry. We loved giving the people something different with our brunch style street food! 

We received amazing feedback and grew a big following but it wasn't sustainable financially. We recognised the cost of living crisis and pivoted to producing home sundries so we could give the people Jan's flavours at incredible value.

The food truck was a fantastic experience but sometimes you need to when to say goodbye.
