Roasted broccoli with Jan’s Umami seasoning butter and Garlic Mayo

Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 1 large broccoli
  • 10g Jan's Umami seasoning
  • 50g softened butter
  • 5 confit garlic cloves
  • Juice and zest of ¼ lemon
  • 20ml vegetable oil
  • 30g Jan's Garlic Mayo

Method:

  1. Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice & zest, and Umami seasoning.
  2. Cut broccoli into quarters, sear in pan with oil, add a splash of water and Umami butter, transfer to oven 180°C for 12–15 mins, turning occasionally.

Plating:

Serve as a side dish, topping with dollops of Garlic Mayo.
