Ingredients (Serves 2–3):
- 1 large broccoli
- 10g Jan's Umami seasoning
- 50g softened butter
- 5 confit garlic cloves
- Juice and zest of ¼ lemon
- 20ml vegetable oil
- 30g Jan's Garlic Mayo
Method:
- Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice & zest, and Umami seasoning.
- Cut broccoli into quarters, sear in pan with oil, add a splash of water and Umami butter, transfer to oven 180°C for 12–15 mins, turning occasionally.
Plating:
Serve as a side dish, topping with dollops of Garlic Mayo.
